Psychiatric visits is the first step to achieve a complete evaluation and arrange proper treatments.

Referral to psychotherapy, mindfulness programs and brain stimulation is made after a thorough discussion.

NHI-covered first visit: 300NTD, subsequent visits: 200NTD; self-paid visits: first visit 1,200NTD; subsequent visits 800NTD.

以認知行為治療法為核心的睡眠心理諮詢門診,為不用藥的失眠治療法,透過專業完整的評估諮詢,協助您改善睡眠困擾。

門診內容:

Provided by sleep expert at 14:00-16:00 every Tuesday, this counseling is based on cognitive behavioral therapy for sleep (CBT-I), which is an intervention for insomnia without medications. A thorough evaluation includes your sleep hygiene, potential sleep disorders, and home-based sleep monitoring. Hands-on skills for sleep optimization will be taught, which will help you restore a satisfactory sleep timely.

Mindfulness is an evidence-based training to improve brain health and ameliorate distress. Taught by certified MBCT teacher, this program will help you obtain basic attitudes and skills of mindfulness.

腦刺激治療 Brain stimulation

利用微量的電/磁刺激重整大腦神經迴路,以改善疼痛,睡眠,情緒與專注力。

我們可提供的腦刺激治療包括:

•經顱電刺激治療(Cranial Electrical Stimulation, CES):每日20-60分鐘,居家使用,以兩週為一療程。
•跨顱磁刺激治療(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, TMS):需至診所接受治療,每次40分鐘,以6次為一療程。

Brain stimulation includes CES and TMS, which modulates your neuronal circuits to improves the conditions of pain, insomnia, mood disturbance and cognitive dysfunction.
